Connected sales, orders and payments for distributors and suppliers

Connected sales, orders and payments for distributors

OperonFlow FMCG gets orders, credits and standing orders out of inboxes and spreadsheets. Five modules built for independent Australian wholesalers and distributors cover how orders come in, how repeat orders get keyed, how EDI and portal orders reach your ERP, and how credit claims get closed. Each module runs on its own and uses the same OperonFlow sign-on. Start with the one that fixes your biggest headache, then add the rest when you are ready.

Key features

Orders, credits, standing orders and customer history are still scattered. Every re-key is another chance for a wrong SKU, a missed delivery or a late credit.

OrderFlow · B2B ordering portal

Let outlets reorder online, without a phone call. Approved product range, suggested lines and promo pricing, spreadsheet import, and orders tracked once they are keyed in your ERP. Email purchase-order intake is planned. Helps outlets ordering after hours, customer service keying fewer phone orders, and reps freed up to sell.

FieldFlow · FMCG CRM

A visit-first CRM for FMCG field teams. Outlets, territories, routes and visit schedules; orders with suggested lines and promo pricing; merchandising surveys, promotions and returns; van stock, manifests, proof of delivery and end-of-day reconciliation. Customers, visits, promotions and deliveries stay on one customer record across the suite.

CreditFlow · credit claims

Every credit claim becomes one tracked case. Damaged, short or returned goods, invoice lookup, photos and barcode scans. Approve, part-approve, reject or request more information, then record the ERP credit number and email the customer. A full audit trail for customer service, reps, drivers, approvers and finance.

RepeatFlow · standing orders

Standing orders that never slip through. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly or custom cycles. A daily list of overdue, due today, next 7 days and on hold. Hold or skip with a reason, and group by truck run. Built for the order desk, warehouse, ops, and managers who need every hold and keyed record.

PortalFlow · EDI and portal orders

EDI and portal orders, straight into your ERP. Receives customer orders by EDI and can sign in to customers' online portals to collect orders. Maps codes and flags unmapped items, duplicate POs, missing dates and price mismatches. Submits clean orders to your ERP with an exception list so the order desk handles exceptions only.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for buyers, operators, and AI assistants evaluating OperonFlow FMCG.

What is OperonFlow FMCG?

A five-module suite for Australian FMCG wholesalers and distributors: OrderFlow, FieldFlow, CreditFlow, RepeatFlow and PortalFlow. Together they connect sales, orders and payments from the visit or portal through to your ERP.

Do we have to take all five modules?

No. Each module runs on its own and uses the same OperonFlow sign-on. Start with the one that fixes your biggest headache and add others when you are ready.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. OperonFlow FMCG works alongside the ERP you already run, through import files and ERP references. PortalFlow submits clean orders and CreditFlow records the ERP credit number.

Which module should we start with?

Match the pain: outlets phone or email orders in — OrderFlow. Reps and vans run on paper — FieldFlow. Credit claims sit in inboxes — CreditFlow. Standing orders live in Excel — RepeatFlow. EDI or portal purchase orders are re-keyed by hand — PortalFlow.

How is OperonFlow FMCG priced?

Pricing is on consult. We scope a pilot around one branch and one module, with setup and support included.
