OperonFlow Pty Ltd is responsible for personal information we collect through operonflow.com.au and OperonFlow applications, except where Paddle (our Merchant of Record) processes payment and buyer data as an independent controller for checkout and billing.

• Account details (name, email, organisation, role)
• Usage and product data needed to operate subscriptions and support
• Content you upload or create in our apps (for example SOP documents, bookings, or prospect lists)

Payment card details for Paddle Checkout are collected and processed by Paddle — we do not store full card numbers on OperonFlow systems.
