Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid OperonFlow subscriptions (including SOP Builder, BookingFlow, and Prospect Finder) sold via Paddle Checkout. OperonFlow Pty Ltd provides the product; Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and handles payment-related customer service and returns for those orders.

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order completion date (the date Paddle successfully charged you for that billing period).

To request a refund, email sales@operonflow.com.au with your order or receipt details, or contact Paddle support using the information on your receipt. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

During a free trial you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. If you are charged after a trial because cancellation was not completed in time, contact us promptly — we will work with Paddle in good faith where the charge was clearly unintended.

You may cancel renewal at any time from your OperonFlow account / Business Console billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period outside the 30-day guarantee above, unless required by law.

After cancellation you typically retain access until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated in your plan or required for account security.

Refunds may be declined for abuse (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), chargebacks already in progress, or purchases outside the 30-day window where no legal right to a refund applies. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will not reduce refund rights for orders already completed under a prior version of the 30-day guarantee.
